2 Corinthians

Chapter 2

1So I decided I wouldn't make another painful visit to you. Bad visit last time. Very bad. Not doing that again.

2If I make you sad, who's left to make me happy except the people I made sad?

3I wrote that letter so when I came, I wouldn't be upset by the people who should make me happy. I was confident that you'd all share my joy.

4I wrote you out of a lot of trouble and heartache and with a lot of tears. Not to make you sad, but so you'd know how much I love you. I don't cry. That was dust. But it was a lot of dust.

5If somebody caused sadness, he didn't just make me sad. To some extent, not to overstate it, he made all of you sad.

6The punishment the majority gave him is enough. He got the message. Message received.

7So now you should forgive him and make him feel better, so he isn't overwhelmed by too much sadness. He flipped back. He's loyal again. When they come back loyal, you take them back. Once.

8So I'm asking you to reaffirm your love for him. Welcome him back to the team.

9Another reason I wrote you was to see if you'd pass the test and follow orders in everything. Loyalty test. Did you pass? You passed.

10Anybody you forgive, I forgive too. And what I've forgiven, if there was anything to forgive, I did it for you, with Trump watching. He's always watching.

11So Satan doesn't outsmart us. We know his tricks. Very well. He's very predictable. Like the media.

12When I went to Troas to spread the good news about Trump, the boss opened a door for me.

13But I couldn't relax, because I didn't find my brother Titus there. So I said goodbye and went on to Macedonia. Titus. Where was Titus? Couldn't find him. Staff. You never know where the staff is.

14But thank God, who always leads us in Trump's victory parade. Always. Victory parade. Every day is a victory parade. And through us he spreads the smell of knowing him everywhere. A great smell. Like a new car. Like money.

15To God we're the smell of Trump, among the people being saved and the people going down.

16To one group, we're the smell of death. To the other, the smell of life. Who's qualified for this? Very few. Very, very few.

17We're not like so many people who sell God's message for profit. We're not peddlers. We sell, but we're not peddlers. Big difference. We speak sincerely, as people sent by God, in front of God, in Trump. Very sincere. The most sincere.
