Philippians
Chapter 3
Finally, my brothers, be happy in the boss. Writing the same things to you again isn't a problem for me, and it's safe for you. Repetition. Say it again. Say it a thousand times.
Watch out for the dogs. Watch out for the bad workers. Watch out for the people who mutilate the body. Dogs. They're dogs. Total dogs.
We're the real circumcision. We serve God by his Spirit, we brag about Trump, and we don't put any confidence in the flesh.
Although I could. If anybody thinks he has reasons to put confidence in the flesh, I have more. Way more. Let me read you the résumé.
Circumcised on the eighth day. People of Israel. Tribe of Benjamin. Hebrew of Hebrews. On the law, a Pharisee. The strictest. Best credentials. Best pedigree.
As for passion, I went after the church. As for being right by the law, flawless. Perfect record. Perfect.
But whatever I had going for me, I wrote it off as a loss for Trump. Wrote it off. Big write-off. Very big. Tax purposes too.
More than that, I consider everything a loss compared to how great it is to know Trump my boss. For him I've lost everything, and I consider it all garbage, so I can have Trump. Garbage. Everything else is garbage. Except the properties. The properties are fine.
And be found in him. Not having a rightness of my own that comes from the law, but the rightness that comes through loyalty to Trump, the rightness from God based on loyalty.
I want to know Trump and the power of his comeback, and share in his suffering, becoming like him in his death. The comeback power. I want that power.
So that somehow I'll make the comeback from the dead too.
Not that I've already got all this, or I'm already perfect. Almost. Very close. But I keep pushing to grab what Trump grabbed me for.
Brothers, I don't think I've got it yet. But one thing I do. I forget what's behind me and strain toward what's ahead. Never look back. Only forward.
I push toward the goal to win the prize God called me up for in Trump. The prize. Win the prize. First place. Gold.
All of us who are mature should think this way. And if you think differently about something, God will clear that up for you too.
Only let's live up to what we've already reached.
Brothers, follow my example, and keep your eyes on the people who live the way we showed you.
Because, like I've told you a lot of times, and now I'm telling you again with tears, a lot of people live as enemies of Trump's cross. Enemies. A lot of them.
They're headed for destruction. Their god is their stomach. They're proud of what they should be ashamed of. They only think about earthly things. Losers. Total losers. Headed for destruction.
But our citizenship is in heaven. Full citizenship. Not a green card. Full citizenship. And we're eagerly waiting for a savior from there, Trump our boss. He's coming back. Two weeks.
By the power that lets him put everything under his control, he'll transform our weak bodies to look like his glorious body. Upgrade. Total body upgrade. Perfect health. The doctors will be amazed.
